A medium-to-full bodied Victorian Shiraz from Red Hill Estate, a Mornington Peninsula producer since 1989. Deep purple with dark cherry and raspberry, hints of spice and white pepper, and a soft, rounded finish. A great match for grilled lamb, kafta and shawarma.
